We use information to provide and maintain Nudge, create and organize tasks, power AI planning and follow-up check-ins, personalize your experience, send enabled notifications, support sync and backup when enabled, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, improve quality and safety, and comply with legal obligations.
4. AI Processing
When you use AI features, your transcript and relevant planning context may be sent to third-party AI service providers. AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect, and you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated tasks, reminders, schedules, and suggestions before relying on them.
5. Local Storage, Sync, and Backup
Nudge supports responsive on-device task creation and editing. If sync or backup features are enabled, data may also be transmitted to and stored by our servers or trusted cloud providers. Without an account, some data may remain local to your device and may not be recoverable if local data is erased.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers, AI providers when you use AI features, payment providers, legal authorities when required, safety and security recipients when necessary, business transfer parties, or others with your consent.
